Our Factory
Our advanced manufacturing campus integrates CNC machining, Mirror EDM, and precision wire EDM for high-accuracy tooling plus dedicated overmolding cells and automated LSR injection units for repeatable production. With 15 rubber compression presses, 2 LSR injection machines, and automated insert-handling, we support both prototyping and high-volume runs. Inspection capabilities include 3D projectors, leakage and flow testers, durometers, and elasticity gauges. ISO 9001 and IATF-grade process discipline ensure consistent quality; automated systems (AutoDryers, high-speed trimming and die-cutting) maximize throughput while keeping tight tolerances.
